Refund policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering. It may still possible to cancel after this period subject to conditions. Changing your order is not possible after you receive confirmation of shipping. Returning your order is possible within 14 days of placing the order (Consumer Protection Act, Finland). Cost of shipping back an order lays fully on the customer.

Any returned product(s) must be in pristine (ergo, re-sellable) condition. We reserve the right to evaluate and deny a refund if the condition of the returned product doesn't meet our standards or if the order is cancelled or returned too late.
