ROYAL SORROW MERCH SHOP IS BASED IN THE EUROPEAN UNION

We ship from Finland, a member of the EU and aim to ship weekly. We try to keep our shipping fees as low as possible. Hence, we will prioritize shipping by letter mail, whenever possible. This means that order tracking can't be offered to most orders!

Finnish VAT 25.5% shall be collected from all sales within Finland and the rest of the EU. VAT is included in all prices and the shipping fee. VAT won't be charged for other locations (outside of the EU). Possible customs fees, tariffs and other duties are beyond our control and depend on the legislations of the country where you are ordering to.

SHIPMENTS TO USA SUSPENDED

Unfortunately orders to USA are currently suspended due to tariff policy unclarities. Finnish Postal Service won't carry items to USA at the moment and the situation is beyond our control. We are sorry about the situation!

TARIFFS

Since April 2025, the United States has implemented tariffs on imported goods. For all orders shipped to the USA, the recipient, as the importer of record, is responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

These charges, if applicable, are determined by US customs officials based on factors such as the value of the goods, their country of origin, and applicable trade regulations. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

What this means for you is that you are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival of your order in the USA. These charges are separate from our shipping fees. Failure to pay these charges may result in delays or the return of your order, for which you may still be liable for the original shipping costs.

We recommend contacting your local customs office in the US for more information regarding potential tariffs and procedures. By placing an order for shipment to the USA, you acknowledge and agree to this policy regarding import tariffs.
