These Terms and Conditions will apply to the sale of goods on this website and webstore under the name Royal Sorrow Merch. This shop is operated by Fast Wizard Music Oy, a limited company registered in Finland (Business ID 3310359-1), whose registered address is at Koronakatu 1 E 108, 02210 Espoo, Finland. Our webshop is hosted by Shopify Inc.

These are the terms on which we sell all goods to you. It is important that you read and agree to these terms before completing your order as they are important to both parties.

We aim to keep all T&C's updated. If you are returning to place a new order, it is important that you check and further agree to the current terms as set at that time.

Requirements to place an order:

• You are eligible to enter into a contract and are at least 16 years old
• Have a credit or debit card we accept and
• Have authorisation to use that credit or debit card (e.g it is in your name or you have permissions to use it).

Placing your order:

Once your order has been placed you should receive an acknowledgement by email to confirm receipt of your order.

We will then carry out a pre-authorisation check to ensure there are sufficient funds available on the card used for payment.

We will only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card. It is at this time when the contract is made based on the terms set and agreed.

You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering. After this period, it is still possible to cancel the order if we haven't shipped it. You are unable to change your order once shipping has been confirmed via email. You will need to either cancel your order before dispatch or you will be required to return the original items and re-order. Shipping fees will not be refunded in this case.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If we identify any issues with an order placed, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Should there be any concerns or if you have any questions about an order, price, postage or service please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Prices and product descriptions:

Our prices may change at any time but these changes will not affect any orders that have been placed that we have already accepted.

We have made every reasonable effort to ensure that our prices as shown on this site are correct. Prices will be checked when we process your order. If there is a human error with pricing we will annul your order and refund you.

All Prices include Finnish VAT (25.5%) within the EU.

Delivery and shipping:

Before you complete your order, your delivery options and prices will be presented. We generally ship via Posti (Finnish Postal Service) and ship from the territory of Finland. Shipping prices are determined by the rates at Posti and shipments within the EU have Finnish VAT (25.5%) included to the prices.

Important note:

As Royal Sorrow Merch is operated by the band, we hope you understand that we fulfill the merch orders within the limits of our schedules (eg. tour dates). We generally ship once a week. Depending on circumstances we will try to arrange alternative shipping methods if we are unable to ship your order ourselves (due to a tour or other condition inhibiting shipment).

We work hard to ensure that all deliveries reach you as soon as possible, however delays are possible (from our or the couriers end). Should any delays occur we will try our best to contact you and keep you updated.

We have the right to amend, remove or vary our services and/or any part of the website (including our Terms and Conditions) at any time.

Our terms are subject to the Finnish and EU Law.
